Pros

Was at the local japanese steakhouse watching their chefs cook on the grill. This is perfect for that kind of cooking - and a lot of other things. For the amature chef or someone just wanting to level up their cooking game, this is the knife for you.

This thing shines as a petty/paring hybrid. It's so much more maneuverable than an 8 knife.

I highly reccomend it, and the price is very affordable. I have other fibrox pro knives so this matches my others. The replacement is just excellent.

Cons

The listing advertises a 10 chef knife, but what you get is the 8 version. You get what you pay for, everyone likes this knife bcuz it's inexpensive.

Who has a blade this shape, yuck. It's lightweight so difficult when cutting thru thick items. It goes dull quicker than any other knife i've used.

Worth every cent, it's now my preferred everyday prep/chef knife!

This would be a deal at twice the price.

If you can afford to pay more, invest in the best knife that you can afford.

Packaging/appearance

Came super sharp, in a case, easy to control, just the right size.

It's easy to pack in a travel bag or even a picnic basket.
