I assume it will maintain it sharpness appropriatly but it is too early to tell. Lightweight, ergonomic. Very easy to sharpen.
Bought a acevsk grater. I now realize the 10 inch is probably bigger than i needed.

Very good all round extremally sharp great grip
For this knife to stamped steel and not forged, excellent quality, high carbon steel content and holds an edge very well.
I failed to notice this and when i grabbed the box the knife easily cut my finger.
The knife cut through our christmas turkey like butter.
Price
With such a low price there is no excuse for anyone not to own a great kitchen knife, which makes cutting safer and pleasant.
4 stars because of the price hike for the new handle.
Very sharp, large, inexpensive, light knife with a well-shaped handle.
Competitiveness
In comparison to the global 10'' chef's knife, or a shun, those two do win, but not by a large margin.
I prefered this 10" chefs knife to the other similar 10" chefs because of the more comfortable handle.
