Cons

Handles are a bit on the small side. Blade is too thin and doesn't stay sharp for long, even after lengthy whetstone procedure. Nowhere near as good as my 50yr old staniforth smithfield knives.

You can pay £20 more for the version with the wooden handle but i am not fussed.

I’d be amazed if you can get a better knife for the money.

Competitiveness

Easily the best all-purpose knife i've bought - much better than the cheaper sabatier at the same price point.

I have 8 other victorinox knives but unfortunately, they are unavailable at the moment.
