Atk recommends chef's choice brand. This serrated knife is small and easy to use for appropriate tasks. The thinness, length, and shape of the blade make it possible to cut in many situations. Even dense burnt food yields the the sharpness of the knif... Read More

Cons

The victorinox blade is very thin and flexible, and has a very humdrum utilitarian appearance. It has no weight and the blade became dull after a few uses. The blade feels like it is going to bend or break if i cut anything harder than a banana.

Don't be lulled into buying this knife based on the amazon's choice designation. Is this even legit? The knife was clearly replaced with a counterfeit through the hole. Be more careful if ordering a paring knife.

The knife is tiny and cheaply made. Its small, and my hands are not big. Its taxing on the hand to grip. The handle is so thin it turns in my hand as i’m trying to peel an apple for example.

This knife is the worst. I am mystified by all the good reviews. This one is relegated to being a beater knife for me now.
