Pros

They hold up well in the dishwasher, don’t rust and hold their edge well. If you like the ease of throwing it in the dishwasher, these are as close to perfect as you are going to find in my opinion.

The knives are colorful and easy to find in your utensil drawer. Got the paring knife at a food show over 30 years ago.

The sharp serrated edge easily slices through vegetables and ingredients for salads. Works so well with so many different textures of food. Serrated helps a lot.

Cons

Makes me want to reconsider every purchase from now on. They are almost as dull as popsicle sticks! These are essentially disposable.

I have several big name knives but victorinox are my favorites.

We bought a similar set of victorinox knives about a year ago and wanted to get a re-order.

They have the smaller no brand paring knives in the grocery store, but i wanted something a step above that and saw these on amazon.
