Le couteau est bien équilibré. Victorinox is the best.
I really wish for the heft of the german blade that requires less effort. Light weight is wonderful for some jobs (like skinning large veggies and fruits) the knife steel is typical european style and is a little soft.
Cons
It says this knife has a rosewood handle and the images of this chef's knife show a wooden handle. But the version i received when ordering is a plastic handle that doesn't appear to be the same quality as what is advertised in the picture.
