Pros

The fastening mechanism on this cover is highly reliable. It securely holds the knife in place, preventing any accidental slips.

Used for my 7 zwilling chef knife. Works really well with my victorinox 6in breaking knife/saber. Other universal sleeves are a tad short as they are designed for french or japanese profiles.

Durable material ensures that the blade is shielded from any potential nicks or damage. Maintains its sharpness for longer periods. Haven't yet noticed any markings on the blade from this sheath.

These are durable and lock safely to the point where i feel comfortable putting them in my backpack. Our first one lasted ten years with a ton of use, so they also hold up well.

Cons

The molding is not right nor aggressive enough. The lock always pops off.

The case leaves four greasy marks of rubber residue where it grips the blade. I have henckel knife guards for my henckels knives that are far superior and leave no marks.
