Pros

Victorinox knives are razor sharp. They hold an edge. And they quickly sharpen with the sharpening steel.

Gave the product as a xmas present. Awesome quality at an affordable price. Only problem is with the packaging.

I'm an semi-professional chef that cooks and prepares almost all of our family's meals at home. I primarily use the larger chef knife for nearly everything making my older/cheaper knife sets basically obsolete. Work well for all prep work.
