Pros & Cons
Pros
Inches. I still prefer a taller chef's knife, but this is great if that's not your thing. It's very nice looking if you store your knives out on a magnetic holder or something.
Cons
Very poorly designed.
Highlights
Competitiveness
I got this as a gift for my mom because she never really got used to the regular 8-inch chef knife i got her before.

Its a beautiful design and its easy to hold but it almost feels like the blade is too thin because when i chop and hit the wood cutting board it almost feels like there is a slipping action

This has happened multiple times to the point where i wonder if the blade is going to break

The wood is really pretty but its not as smoothsanded as i would have though and one has to be very careful to not leave it in water because i could imagine the wood getting warped
