It is wonderfully sharp and designed to de-bone with ease. It is very sharp and hold the edge for a very long time, also very easy to sharpen. They are sharper than they looked.

This very reasonably-priced knife is a game changer.

Cons

The sharpness of this boning knife is disappointing. Cutting the chicken with this knife causes the chicken to crumble too often.
