Pros & Cons
Pros
Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get into butchering meat. Curved blade lends well to slicing through skin and meat to carve poultry and easter hams.
Great knife, lives up to the reviews and the hype.
The handle is plastic but very textured. The size of it makes it easy to get around the fat and tendons. The comfortable handle gives me a solid grip.
Cons
It appears to be a counterfeit knife. The description states rosewood handle and it is not rosewood, it is the plastic molded handle.

I got this one and the 8 inch breaking knife after buying way way more expensive japanese boning knives to butcher my own chickens.
