Pros

Absolutely reminds me of my dad’s favorite knife. Comfortable to use for extended periods. You won't be disappointed.

The handle fits nicely in my gorilla mitts and it makes trimming a breeze. Recommended by the bearded butchers and this bearded daddy.

Perfect ergonomics and very very sharp. Sharp and has the right amount of blade flex for my needs. Great boning knife- sharp- easy to sharpen.

This type of boning knife is nice as it's kind of a hybrid between a traditional style and a fillet knife. It keeps an edge with minimum maintenance. Retains blade well and easy to resharpen when needed.

Cons

By far the best k i’ve i ever purchased makes butchering a breeze

Very good quality knife i’ve used these knives for years and most likely won’t use another one.

What used to take me an hour for just one leg, i managed to breeze through the other three legs in the same amount of time.

This thing has a seriously sharp blade.

Price

Great value for a knife you probably won't use every day but if you do you'll still like it i think.

Little on the expensive side but well worth the cost for a quality knife.

Packaging/appearance

What i'm unhappy with is to pay this much money and the packing was lazy.

Competitiveness

I have shun, whustof, tojiro, and mercer knives for different purposes but if i needed a boning knife i'd buy this one again.

The only difference between this one and the last one is the rosewood handle was slight different in color.
