Pros

Excellent knives, no nonsense. Align your expectations to the price. We like it because it performs excellent.

This petty size knife is a great addition to any kitchen knive collection. The six inch blade is maneuverable and i use it more than my 10 inch chef's knife. We have a several victorinox knives since cook's illustrated gave them the nod years ago.

Cons

This is a utility knife - blade extends less than 1/4 inch below the handle. The handle is super cheap and the blade actually moves too much. She has a great airfryer youtube channel and while her air fryer reviews are great.

While it's a stamped blade, it rivals some japanese brands in quality and fit and finish.

I prefer this 6 inch knife over all others in my knife block and i have some very expensive knives.
