Pros & Cons
Pros
Excellent knives, no nonsense. Align your expectations to the price. We like it because it performs excellent.
This petty size knife is a great addition to any kitchen knive collection. The six inch blade is maneuverable and i use it more than my 10 inch chef's knife. We have a several victorinox knives since cook's illustrated gave them the nod years ago.
Cons
This is a utility knife - blade extends less than 1/4 inch below the handle. The handle is super cheap and the blade actually moves too much. She has a great airfryer youtube channel and while her air fryer reviews are great.
Highlights
Quality
Very sharp, comfortable grip, easy to handle, well made.
The size, weight and sharpness make these my go-to knives for most tasks.
Not an all purpose knife and struggles with anything firmer than a carrot.
Very good blade, little on thing side, but it holds edge for weeks after sharpening.
Price
Perfect inexpensive light knife for most cooking needs.
I bought this knife for two reasons: fits my grandsons' hands (which makes me feel safer than with a larger knife) and the price was good.
And they're inexpensive, so there's that too.
Competitiveness
While it's a stamped blade, it rivals some japanese brands in quality and fit and finish.
