    It will lose its edge faster than carbon steel so its important to have a few whet stones in your kitchen

    It does not do well with typical sharpening steels and even done gingerly youll get a rolled edge with burrs

    Stainless steel is not my number one choice in knives but i have to admit that if i were for some reason limited to one knife out somewhere on a camping trip or such this would be that one knife to put in the grub box

    There are more expensive knives but in my experience they’re not as good as victorinox
