Pros

It is fantastic. Nothing showy or extravagant, just a solid, reliable knife. This knife is a little on the pricey side but was exactly as advertised. Great economical purchase.

Victorinox 10” breaker, 7” santoku and this 6” boning knifes are the perfect combo for me. This little * is a welcome addition to my knife block.

Cons

Very disappointed and will not be purchasing any more products of this brand. Not a well made product. There are cheaper knives that accomplish far more.

Not sharp right out of the box. Constantly have to sharpen but it doesn't hold the edge to fully trim a pork roast for example. Another reviewer pointed out that the tip, as another pointed out, is indeed very blunt.

The knife i received is not the same as the one pictured above. El cheapo plastic handle,not the fibrox super grip as in web site picture. Warranty people want you to send in the knife and pay 10$ for shipping to be send back.
