Highlights
Quality
Very sturdy, i wish it was just a little thinner at the point but it gets the job done!
Great ergonomics, keeps my hands from going numb after a few hours of shucking oysters.
The handle is nonslip and the blade is just the right length.
This is quality and made in portugal - not chinesium junk.
Price
I've already shucked a couple hundred oysters, it's more than paid for itself.
Shipping
Fast forward one week and today i tried my new victorinox oyster knife on about 2 dozen oysters.
Competitiveness
It is a bit expansive compared with other brand, but worth the money.
It worked just as well on the very small west coasters as it did on the larger east coast ones.
