Pros

Makes chopping, slicing and dicing effortless. They frequently use this knife on america’s test kitchen. Really nice for slicing meat, onions, tomatoes.

Prices on amazon vary between $40 and $60 depending on the seller. Durable and comfortable. Well priced for the quality of knife.

Love this sharpness snd size of this knife. It sharpens well. I keep all my knives sharp with an expensive 15 degree electric sharpener.

The fibrox handles aren't the prettiest, but you have good grip even with wet hands. Razor-sharp blade, balanced handle. The handle is sturdy and comfortable.

Highly recommend. Fully impressed. Seriously though. This one is simply awesome!

Shipping

The shipping was slower than i wanted but since it was free no complaints.

There was an issue with the delivery of one of the knives which the seller corrected immediately.

Out of the package i’m slicing through paper like it’s nothing…you know what i mean.

This knife has 4 or 5 different manufacturer model numbers, but they are all the same knifes and just says packaging may vary.

The only difference is how the knife is packaged

This is the same exact knife as 40520, 47520, 45520, and 47520.

I found that amazon carried this chef's knife and a paring knife made by victorinox and i bought both of them.

I have more expensive brands, but tend to go to these first

It seems a little light compared to more expensive knives i had but works well.
