Novocaine, water rinse, stitching, and an it's-about-time tetanus booster. I use a well known electric sharpener that creates a new edge.

The mottled plastic handle is solidly non-slip in my hand. It doesn't feel unsteady or unsafe.

Cons

This is not worth the packaging it came in. It needs to be sharpened every time before use. After using it for six months, the blade is dull.

I have many wushof and zwilling knives but this one is better.

I have friends that have spent three times as much on other brands for the same style and size as this knife and they still don’t compare.

The cost is very reasonable compared to other options.
