Pros
This is the sharpest knife i have ever recieved. It is a fantasic shape for skinning and the blade holds an edge well.
An effective knife common within meatpacking facilities. Great size to fillet medium and large sized fish.

Works great for skinning deer. Made quick work of skinning an elk. Also came in handy for more than skinning- i. Skinned two hogs for the freezer.
Cons
No sheath or blade guard just bubble wrap.
