Pros

This 5-inch knife is fantastic. Perfect chef's knife. Sharp and remarkably versatile (useful) knife. I love how this knife performs!

It is very sharp so be carful. All you have to do to keep the razor sharpness is to hone a bit on a knife rod.

Although these knives seem a bit light, they are extremely sharp--my sharpest knives. These knives make complicated cooking fun as slicing is so much easier.
