Pros

The smaller, pointier blade gets between those florets like a laser. This cuts so smoothly. It sharpens nicely, but i have to do it regularly. Stays sharps and cleans up nicely.

Am planning to order the victorinox paring knife to round out my set. I have a few high end knives from very well know makers that rarely see use any more. For the price, knife is excellent.

Excellent small companion to the 8 version. It truly is the only one i want to use now. Great value for the money.

Cons

Not at all good after 1 month of use. Completely lost its sharpness. I have some $6 costco specials that are far superior. It says it is a chef's 6' knife but has a completely different content.

Yes, wusthof knives are better, they are also 2-3 times more expensive.
