Pros & Cons
Pros
The victorinox channel knife is a great way to twist citrus. The knife is perfect for twisting a lemon into a martini.
This sh** is legit! Works great. Finally this one works like a charm.
It's a lot easier to use it, than the old fashion peeler when it comes to garnishing straight lines on veggies and fruits. If you've stumbled on top this channel knife skip any further searching and buy it.
Cons
Still doesn't glide through the rind. The knife is not sharp at all. That makes it difficult to zest or twist a piece of fruit. It is also a two piece blade, and it is visible dull.

Due to the very thin cutting edge it’s the lowesteffort channel knife i’ve ever used

It works as expected except that lemons with a thin peel will produce a strip of peel that includes some of the pith which of course will impart a bitter taste to your martini
