The stamped steel is very springy and thin can be curved around the shape of say a carrot to ease more even pieces out of a curved specimen

I have some pretty expensive knives and this holds its own against them i actually feel like this is a better knife overall then my global g2 which is really saying something

Small problem with a photo i thought it gonna be little bit wider than the actual picture show
