Every meat cutter at nearly every store uses a knife from this company. The wide blade makes it easy to get straight uniform thickness slices. Taking a boneless leg of lamb and cubing it for souvlaki skewers is nice and easy.

Sharpness is really good. Came in two bubble envelopes taped together with the knife in a plastic sheeth and cardboard over tip. This comes shipped to you very sharp.

Victorinox is no joke. Worth every penny. Good value for the money. This one is awesome.

They aren't much to look at but the functionality trumps everything else. Holds an edge. Hold the edge longer than most and very durable.

Disappointed at the sharpness. Save up for the real thing and don't order this. I am a butcher and all of my knives are fibrox pro they all have different handle so disappointed.
