Pros & Cons
Pros
Victorinox 8-10 blade safe appears to have been made with this knife in mind. Not as good as some higher end chef's knives, but better than some other inexpensive knives. Love this knife.
Another great underrated product from victorinox. Gave it to hubby for father's day. Provides you with more bang for your buck.
Sharp enough to shave with ootb (out of the box). Comfortable, well balanced, sharp, and easy to use. The blade stays sharp and it's easy to tune back to razor sharp. Top quality.
The handle lacks crevices, and has a good grip even when wet or oily. The light weight is a plus for older folks like me with weakening and arthritic hands. It’s light weight and easy to handle.
Cons
What is pictured is not what was received.
