Short blade is just right for so many paring tasks. Bought for pumpkin carving for halloween. Best knives for peeling potatoes, cleaning onions,and many other tasks involving food prep.
Comes shaving sharp with a well designed handle. Nice to have the sharp point for fine pairing. This one is very sharp & easy to use.
