Highlights
Quality
Truly a quality product in this day and age.
Overall, i'm happy with the product and think this is a nice addition to my kitchen.
Sorry, but i just don't know what to do with the 8 'slicer'.
So i'll raise it a half for the overall good quality.
Price
These are great kinives and a great price.
* price seems reasonable, though i'm no expert.
Shipping
The shipping was next day as promised!
Packaging/appearance
I have replaced the wusthof knives i've used for years.
Competitiveness
If you've ever owned a high-quality, german-steel chef's knife, you'll immediately notice that the victorinox is a lightweight.
They are sure-grip fibrox, clearly a high-quality handle, and it's very reassuring to me to use these knives.
These knives may not be the best you'll ever own but for the money they give the competitors a definite run for their money!
Even with it's light weight, it's a no-brainer for those on a budget.
