Pros

Victorinox paring knife is an absolute bargain for the price. The handle is very comfortable and the blade seems to have just enough flex.

This knife is perfect for processing rabbits. A journeyman meat cutter of 24 years and forschner is the best. Today's entry into the race of steak knives is a simple, 4 utility knife.

Great knifes. Best deer/bear skinning knife on the planet. Either get one made for fillet knives or one with an adjustable angle.

It came securely packaged in a plastic sleeve. Best buy on the market for the price.

Victorinox makes a nice sharpener. Notes about sharpening with a draw-through sharpener (not for purists who use a all of my fibrox knives have a 14 degree edge. They are easily sharpened to 15-17 degrees and retain their edge.

Cons

Received the knife with a bent tip. Had to return.
