Victorinox knives are my favorites across the board already and i have several. My hands are very thankful. This knife replaces one i’ve owned and used constantly for the last ten years. Just plain terrific.

It's sharp, does great on skinned foods, and the size is very multipurpose. Great alternative to a larger chef's knife for a lot of chores.

This wavy edge mini chef is the knife that i reach for most often. The handle is good, but the blade is too wide.
