Pros
This knife is great for filleting fish. It is very flexible and very sharp. Will not find a better knife for less than 100 bucks.

This knife is great for filleting fish especially for removal of skin from the fillet.
Cleaned 10 walleye the day after i received knife, sharp through all.
They don’t stay sharp and my son has to actually use a sharpening block to get them even remotely sharp.

I’d say in the price range this is a great knife.
Competitiveness
I have the entire bbq set and this is a great addition for competition bbq trimming.
Have a few other victorinox knives, but was looking for a fillet knife longer that 5-6 in.

Apparently the knife incurred a very slight nick from banging against some metal on my cutting board

I use a worksharp belt sharpener and as long as you touch this knife up every 6 fish or so it’s super sharp

It came so sharp i actually cut myself the first time i used it i’m so used to using dull as heck knives lol
