Pros & Cons
Pros
Light, thin blade makes it easy to handle and it stays sharp. Easy to sharpen. Only have to hone it once in a great while. Comes razor sharp.
Have owned several sizes but like this best for anything above paring knife. Great general purpose kitchen slicing knife. I wish they would make this knife a little wider at the base so you could use it as a small chopper.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to hold and blade comes really sharp, it's a quality knife that will give great service for many years.
This 10 wavy edge slicer has no trouble with the bark on a brisket and is considerably more manageable than the 12 knife.
Competitiveness
I have been a professional chef for 20 years.
It being light but balance does not drain your engery.

Not machine wash safe but you could probably get away with it if you turn off the heat and use mild organic dishwasher soap
