I use this knife constantly and it keeps my knives razor sharp. Consistent quality throughout the years.

Cons

In order to hone a knife you must be sure to position the steel perfectly or it's absolutely worthless. One offset seems like 50 degrees rather than 90. This is second time in two months i've had to return them.
