Pros & Cons
Pros
This finely wrought steel is harder than the knife, so this matches my victorinox knifes. This is the last sharpening steel you will ever need. Maintains a good edge when knife is properly sharpened.
Highlights
Quality
Very good quality that you can feel.
This sharpening steel does the job it is supposed to do, and regular use helps to keep my knives sharp.
Less than ten swipes on this steel had my knife slicing into the cutting board again.
This is not intended to sharpen knives.
Price
Definitely cant beat the price on this one.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a professional product at an affordable price.
$150 a piece, so i like to finish up with those.
For the money i don't think i could have chosen a better steel.
Packaging/appearance
Cutting through meat, vegetables, fingers, and plastic packaging just became easier and more dangerous.
