Good knife, very sharp and great for filleting. Great for dicing onions where you need to make fine cut horizontal and vertical cuts. A really nice flexible knife.

Its much finer than a chefs knife however there is no heel so youll want to keep a chefs knife too for chopping

A small booklet with care instructions would have been a nice addition however
