The double-four wheel system rolls really, really well. It's very easy to maneuver with the four double wheels and extendable handle. The handle is adjustable enough to accommodate a short or tall person. The caster wheels are as smooth as butter!

The charging port on the outside is pretty slick and useful. The hidden usb port is pretty neat, though you need a battery pack to power it. The id card is hidden away in a slide out compartment and contains a pen and a tool to replace sim cards.

The suitcase has a built-in tsa approved lock. This means tsa can unlock it as needed without destroying it. It took me downloading a manual online to figure out how to unlock.

The plastic reinforcement inside had gotten so old that it became brittle and eventually shattered completely leaving a constant lovely mess inside every time i went somewhere
