Pros

Love this knife. This is my 2nd victorinox fibrox knife and both are fabulous. The offset handle is ergonomically designed to eliminate knuckle scrapes.

I love the feel of this knife and i love the fact that it is a stainless steel knife and that it is incredibly sharp.

Very sharp and the quality is very good.

Apparently serrated knives are hard to sharpen and usually need to be sent back to the factory.

After only a month or two of ownership we can't comment on the longevity of the edge, but other's reviews suggest it holds up well.

Price

It's a little pricey but worth it.

I thought about returning it but it’s such a great value for money.

Competitiveness

This is better than my expensive big name german serrated knife for less than ½ the price.

I have a set of very expensive knives but i prefer the victorinox .

They are lighter in weight but strong and as effective as my more expensive brand.
