Firstly, amazing value. Fitted the bill well and not expensive. Then i have to purchase a new one but no big deal as by that time it owes me nothing.
Love these paring knives. These are more robust. This is the fourth paring knife i have purchased.
The 8cm stainless steel blade is sharp and sturdy, ensuring precise cuts without bending or chipping. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a top-notch tool that excels in detail-oriented cutting tasks. Very sharp multi purpose knife.
Cons
Too small, flimsy and cheap feel. Arrived unsealed with small removable knife sheath/barcode. The handle is thin and flimsy so you don’t feel you’ve a good grip on it. Lasted 1 years and 8 months until is snapped cutting some cheese.

Quality
Well made and keeps sharp a long time.
The stainless steel blade has retained its edge remarkably well, requiring minimal maintenance.
I've had one for a very long time,( as a professional chef ) which broke after almost 30years.
I had lost my best knife - must of thrown it out with vegetable peeling 😕 thankfully replaced from amazon!
Price
Fitted the bill well and not expensive.
We bought some earlier when on holiday in switzerland but those were very expensive.
