Easy to use and did a very good job of sharpening blunt knives.
I sharpened them initially with a diamond sharpener for a good cutting edge then honed them to a razor edge with the steel.
The steel is cofortable to hold and gets the knives very sharp.

Arrived today and within minutes i had sharpened my favourite kitchen knife and had brought it back up to standard.

Itd be like trying to use very fine grit sandpaper to sand down a piece of wood youd be there forever
