Pros

Light weight, thin blade and good grip. Great for holiday carving and loved it.

Slices through brisket like butter. Works great as a slicer for brisket, prime rib and other large cuts of meat. Only complaint is needed sharpening after just slicing a couple of briskets.

Another great underrated product from victorinox. This thing does it all and never disappoints! Great purchase. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Cons

This knife is extremely flimsy and cheaply made. I was beginning to think i had received a counterfeit knife. Do yourself a favor, keep looking for a real knife, not this toy.

What is pictured is not what was received. Media could not be loaded. Disappointing as it was bought for holiday use.

It's so dull that when i try to slice brazilian picanha steaks that have been cooked on a skewer, it just pushes the whole steak down. I have yet to find a high quality carving knife that can cut thin slices of roasts etc. For example, it is fine for ... Read More
