Pros
The blade is sharp enough out of the box but it can be better. Good steel to rival blades costing three times as much. Great carving knife.
Seems to be superb quality. Definitely a worthwhile purchase. This thing does it all and never disappoints!
Handle has plenty of grip and is quite large. Still sharp, handle is still perfect, no nicks or burrs. Good grip on the handle even when wet.
Cons
This knife has a plastic handle and super thin blade. It is more like a small sword. When i try to slice brazilian picanha steaks that have been cooked on a skewer, it just pushes the whole steak down, and once it hits the plate i have to saw just to ... Read More

In one episode they smoked some meats and took out this bbq set with the fibrox handle.
Has a protective sleeve, but i wish it was better quality.

If the blade flexes while cutting you are probably trying to force a cut or go too quickly

Too bad the vendormanufacturer doesnt provide a sturdy blade protector the plastic bag sheathe provided doesnt cut it had to buy the solid protector from a different source on amazon but still totally satisfied

The blade was sharp upon receipt but got sharper with a little honing on the stick
