Pros

Everyone is aware of the legendary swiss army knives this company makes, and the set is no exception. These knives are the absolute best knives i have ever purchased, hands down!

We use these knives for butchering our own pigs and they work wonderfully! Used it to process a pig. These knives make easy work of a pork shoulder or dicing up scallions.

Cons

These are not the same knives from years ago. They are cheap and flimsy. Blades are thin and do not keep there edge. Not good for heavy usage of meat cutting. Over priced junk.

Packaging/appearance

This is an excellent set for carving and slicing meat for packaging a deer once it is field dressed.

I love the bag it came with, makes storing them all super easy and keeps them protected and in good shape.

The case they come in is well constructed and not a cheaply made pack and they have extra sleeves for other accessories as well.

Competitiveness

I find i use the scimitar boning knife a lot more than many of the others, which is funny bc i don’t have to cut out bones all too often.

The set has everything i need when i bbq and go to competions.

I now see the real difference between a butchers knife and one you buy at the store.

These are the same brand of knives my dad used when he worked at oberto's sausage co.
