Pros

If you're looking for a classic pocket knife that sits in your pocket and not clipped to the edge, this is it. This multi-tool is ideal for business attire or clothing that won't have a slim profile.

These make excellent gift items and edc knives if like me you work in an office and don’t actually use a heavy duty tool often. Flathead screwdriver, can opener tip works well for phillips head screws.

The cadet is slimmer and more comfortable to carry. Slim and not bulky. Carry it with me everyday in my hitch and timber leather caddy.

Alox costs more than the plastic scales, but for its size this is a masterful design that will show little wear over time. Also in the comparison is an ontario rat 2, and double and triple layer saks.

Cons

The design tolerances on this otherwise outstanding knife cause the nail file blade to scrape and scratch the top of the knife blade when it is opened in the customary fashion.
