Pros
It has been proven to be durable. Arrives with zero quality defects. Also durable as heck! Swiss army is always high quality.
Occasionally, the tweezer or toothpick comes in handy. Nail file is abrasive and good for nails or other soft things like plastic that needs to be filed. Also have used the side of the file/screwdriver for larger standard screws.
Comes shaving sharp. The blade stay sharp a long time. Love the small blade + scissors. Scissor is very sharp.
Cons
The pictures they provide for the product are deceiving. They are genuine but listening is deceptive. The nail file against the blade is a poor design choice.

The knife is extremely sharp and will easily cut about anything.
It's discrete and certainly not a weapon.

Unfortunately i seem to always forget i have one when travelling by air entering a secured facility like nba center or courtroom for jury duty then have to give it up or throw it away
