Pros
Perfect size for boning out and breaking down meats. Works great slicing up tri tip and turkey and other meats.
It's really sharp and stays sharp much longer than other knives i've used. It's sharp as a razor. When needed sharpens easily.
Best deboning knife and very sharp. Great knife for breaking down large chunks of meet. This knife if exceptional.
Super lightweight. More maneuverable and easier to handle than the 10 inch. Handle is comfy, no slipping.
I buy in bulk and this is exactly what i was needing. Overall a great knife.
Cons
A six inch knife that can't even cut an inch slash in a piece of paper during the draw test is excessively dull. Not only lost its edge, the blade physical chipped. Blade is easy to damage.

The handle was superb the first time i use it trimming the brisket.
Price
No need for expensive knives, these are great.
Now it’s upwards of $30-35 dollars and i couldn’t believe it.
At such a low price, i thought i would give a try.
I remember buying a 6” boner for $19 less than 3 years ago.
Packaging/appearance
Came wrapped in bubble wrap no box of any kind.
Sharpness: right out of the packaging, this blade feels like it will stay sharp for weeks if not months before having to re-sharpen.

Get a worksharp sharpener to go with it and you'll never buy another brand of knife again.
I have many more expensive knives and was on the fence about staying with my brand.
