It's difficult to find a serrated chef knife and this one is awesome. It cuts through onion and tomatoes like a dream. I'm very pleased with the quality of the materials used and with the craftsmanship of the knife.
Fits my hand well. It feels good and well balanced in the hand, cuts well, and i'm a huge fan of the rosewood finish.
Cons
Victorinox no cigar or blue ribbon on this one. This knife seems cheap. The thinness of the knife in cutting an onion it is not strong enough to make a practical cut.
