Pros

It is great as a paring knife. The only drawback is that if you prefer a lot of heft in your paring.

Plastic handle isn't the most easy to grip, but once you get used to it, it's fine. I t steels back to original sharpness or more easily. So easy to hand clean i can't imagine using the dishwasher.

The knife is sharp and easy to sharpen. The thinness, length, and shape of the blade make it possible to cut in many situations. The knife holds an edge very well and takes a sharpening with a diamond stone very easily.

My only reservation is that it feels a little too light in my hands. Loved it. Definitely recommend as a good purchase.

Cons

Is this even legit? In no way is it exemplary. It is obvious they are recommending products that they have been paid to say how great they are.

It's extremely lightweight. On my accurate postal scale it weighs. Overall feels like a knife from a drawer in a hotel suite.
