Pros
Sharp, nimble, does everything. The first bevel around 15 degree. With only a few strokes on my diamond steel from time to time, the edge remains razor sharp.
When he visits durning the holidays, he comes with his knife sharpening tools to re sharpen my blade. Staying very sharpe.
It is well balanced and the handle is so comfortable holding and griping. The handle is plastic but sturdy with a non slip texture.
It's a pleasure to chop/mince ingredients because it’s sharp and reliable. Cuts smoothly. Slices beautifully. It cuts like a champ.
Cons
Within 24 hours of placing our new knife in the new knife safe, the blade on the knife was discolored from the chemicals on the 4 little black rubber pads inside of the knife safe. Second, the handle is so light weight it might as well not be there.

If you receive the hard plastic one throw it in the garbage it just doesnt work properly it doesnt firmly clench the knife and the rubber grip pads mark up the blade with rubber skidmarks that are annoying to remove

I didnt believe it when one reviewer said they cut themselves with this knife three times in one day or something similar to that dont remember exactly
