To reposition it and set it at the 1200 oclock position push both top and bottom pushers for say 3 or 4 seconds the watch will then enter a mode that will allow one to move the second hand cw or ccw

Using the alarm which is the subdial at the 600 oclock position requires one to set the time one wants the alarm to soundoff

When its in this programming mode one can press the button repeatedly to move the minute hand incrementally

Just gotta figure out the alarm featuregt the owners manual gives you a clue but its not specific to this particular watch
