Quality
It is sleek and a quality product.
Still nothing wrong with the first, i just love this thing so much i wanted a back up 'just in case.
Swiss army is the only brand i trust for these things, so i pay for the quality, not things that would break after opening.
I've tried others and though they are similar in usefulness they do not compare in the quality of manufacture!
Packaging/appearance
Scissors: those gazillion times you buy something with that impossible-to-rip-open packaging (they're tiny, all metal and quite sturdy).
Competitiveness
I got it at a good price and it came as advertised.
Like all victorinox products, it is well made.
Good to see they’ve updated the card to not have a scissor flap at all!
It can be a definate situation saver.

Comes in handy more often than anticipated the scissors work exceptionally and the knife is enough to open packages or envelopes nothing intensive
