The description of size is a bit confusing see my pictures but i think the quoted sizing refers to the blade length but as the tool folds in half then it is twice the size when lockedopen

The black one i bought is serrated i knew that before ordering whereas the red one is a smooth blade italian wording to the advert and i knew i would be recieving a smooth blade

Provided these are carried in a closed bag i put them in a lunchbox with some other disability cutlery with good reason then they are legal to have about your person
